I have been a regular at Ellis Remedial massage for at least 4 years. I’m involved in competitive CrossFit and have found this the best place to recieve treatment on my often very sore muscles! ( I frequented 2 other places before finding Nikki – I was sold after 1 massage!). I’m not the youngest person, and without regular visits I wouldn’t be able to keep moving in hte gym! In the last month I have had seen Jimmy also who has been amazing as well. I injured my shoulder just after Xmas and without his treatment on it (including dry needling) I wouldn’t have been able to succesfully compete at a competition last weekend. I have also had Jimmy dry needle other “problem” parts of my body that I used to have to see a physiotherapist about. He has been able to provide the same treatment – probably better! Can’t recomment these guys highly enough.
